A little space to come back to yourself.

Grounded, compassionate support for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and finding a little more stability in the middle of a busy life.

You spend a lot of time holding everything together.

Maybe you're the one people turn to. The one remembering what needs to be done, taking care of everyone else, and pushing through because that's simply what life requires right now.

And somewhere in all of that, it can become surprisingly easy to lose touch with yourself.

Wild Heart is a place to put some of that down.

Not because you've reached your breaking point. Not because something is wrong. Just because you deserve care, too.

Hi, I’m Erin.

Nurse. Reiki Master. Somatic practitioner. Lifelong learner. Human figuring it out, too.

I've spent more than a decade caring for people in mental health, alongside my own journey of learning what it means to slow down, listen inward, and stop giving so much of myself away.

My approach brings together professional experience, nervous-system-informed and somatic practices, intuition, and a genuine curiosity about what helps us feel more like ourselves.

There’s more than one way back to yourself.

Sometimes we need space to rest. Sometimes we need space to talk, explore, feel, or understand what's happening underneath the surface.
